We have a Stone Contour waterjet cutting system. Equipped with linear motor drives and digital scales for the best accuracy available in the industry. A Heidenhain 530 control operates the machine with numerical accuracy combined with a Mastercam X software, capable of importing numerous file types.

The cutting envelope is 48 inches by 96 inches and a plate material height of five inches. The machine has a sixty inch wide gantry arm that provides a more stable and faster cut than a cantilever arm. Standard tolerances are + 0.005 inches for up to two inches. Tighter tolerances of + 0.001 inches are achievable. We use brand new high quality Barton Mine garnet for a fast quality cut.
